we make cupboards.
We’re not in the game to make the most expensive kitchens we can.
We’re here to make the absolute best, most normal, cupboards we can.
Cupboards that are made for the knocks, the scrapes, and the stories of normal homes. Homes where people spill things, drop things, dance, work and live.
The cupboards that we’ll repair and repaint when the time comes. We’ll chop, resize and repurpose as life changes. We’ll remove and rebuild when you move home.
Properly made things shouldn’t have an expiry date. The most sustainable cupboards are the ones which never get thrown away.
Because a simple wooden cupboard has always looked damn good.
The cupboards that don’t shout. That don’t chase trends. The ones built from wood, made responsibly, & really good for the planet too.
Any Size.
Any Colour.
About us
We’re only a small team. A team of designers and cabinet-makers. We used to work for the bigger guys, but who enjoys that?
Small is awesome. Small means creative. It means interesting, quirky, quick to react. Small means care, and love, and normal people working very hard.
we’re not another kitchen showroom.
After 15 years in the industry, we’re starting again. We’re doing things a little differently.
Our world of bespoke cabinetry is all about more ‘luxury’, more gadgets, more expense; more marketing and showroom theatre. Too many door styles, confusing quotes, and decision fatigue.
Most kitchen companies present hundreds of options. We’ve deliberately removed them.
Less fancy, more normal.
one collection. one style. all the same materials.
Let’s make your cupboards.
Our favourites are normal homes. Awkward spaces needing a little more thought, where standard sizes don’t cut it. We’re brilliant at small to medium kitchens from £10,000 heading up to £40,000.
Our Process
-
To get us going, please send over any information about your project, and the space you’re tackling.
This can be a quick sketch of a rough floor plan, maybe you have some architect’s plans to hand, or just some photos and videos.
To produce a draft design, we only need a rough idea of the size and shape of your space. Ceiling heights, wall lengths, and the positions of doors and windows.
-
With all the relevant info, we’ll produce a first draft design and quote within 48hrs. Only a rough starting point, something to get us talking.
There’s no one size fits all in this game. The design process often requires plenty of discussions before reaching the final plan.
-
After plenty of back and forth, once the layout feels right. We’ll discuss colours, worktops, handles, appliances, and all those finer details.
Our final manufacturing plans will be drawn up for approval, and once everyone is happy, the order will be confirmed.
At this point we would request a 50% deposit of the order value, before production begins.
-
Approximately 6-8 weeks later your order will be ready for delivery.
Your cupboards will be delivered fully assembled, ready for installation.
Our bigger picture.
A good kitchen makes you feel something.
It’s a space where we gather. Where we work, dance, prep, eat and live. It’s an everything space.
But, a good kitchen doesn’t always mean a fancy one.
Just a set of cupboards. Put together in a well designed order, very well made, using good materials, and hand painted in any colour imaginable.
Good kitchens are simple.
We make cupboards. By hand, entirely from wood. They are sustainable, paintable, customisable. They’re repairable, not replaceable. They’re made just for your space. And really good for the planet too.
